The Company wishes to highlight that the Group's profit after tax remains unchanged. This amended announcement is made to rectify the following matters:- 1. The profit attributable to the non-controlling interests (NCI) as it was inadvertently omitted from separate presentation. The relevant information and consequential changes have been amended accordingly. 2. The weighted average number of ordinary shares has been retrospectively adjusted to reflect the share consolidation completed on 19 January 2026. The relevant information, including earnings per share, has been amended accordingly. Save for the above amendments and the consequential changes arising therefrom, all other information remains unchanged. |
