(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcements dated 23 September 2026, 8 October 2026 and 15 October 2026 in relation to the 2026 Final Dividend and the DRP applicable for the 2026 Final Dividend ("Announcements").)
On 23 September 2026, the Board had declared the 2026 Final Dividend. The Board had also determined that the DRP will apply to 5.0 sen per MNRB Share, representing 33.3% of the 2026 Final Dividend.
Following the above, on behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price of the new DRP Shares has been fixed today at RM2.39 per new DRP Share.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new DRP Shares in respect of the 2026 Final Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 26 November 2026.
